How can I return the product I purchased?
You can return the product within 14 working days following the receipt of the product you purchased, by informing us of the reason. You can send the product(s) you want to return to our address below with the courier company by writing the reason for the return on the invoice sent to you as well as to the address on the contact page of the website. If the box of the products to be returned is opened, the return process will not be accepted by us. Likewise, products that are not invoiced cannot be returned. You can contact VEİTO as long as there is a product you intend to return.

The product/products that you want to return must be unused, the package must not be damaged, the resale feature must not be intact, and must be returned with all accessories and original box if any. Products that have been used, whose package has been damaged, have lost their ability to be sold, and are not sent with all accessories and their original box will not be accepted as returns and the shipping fee will not be covered by veito.com.
The refund of the product price is made after checking the compliance of the product with the return conditions and will be reflected on your credit card within 10 days at the latest.
